Biography:
Feng Yang is a Professor at the School of Public Administration, Sichuan University in China. He received his PhD in Economics from Sichuan University. He has published more than 70 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.
Yueyan Zhao is a second-year doctoral student in the Public Sector Information Resource Management program at the School of Public Administration, Sichuan University, China.
