Rosa Gonzales Martínez PhD in Engineering with a mention in Automation, Optimization and Process Control at the University of Piura and Master in Computer Science and Technology at the Carlos III University of Madrid. Systems engineer acting in problem solving by applying artificial intelligence. Experience in object detection in navigation radar images, teaching and research; with publications in national and international journals and conferences.
