Biography:
Imene Benmakhlouf is the Director of the University Incubator at the University of Batna 1, Algeria, with extensive experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, project management, and institutional coordination. She specializes in supporting start-ups, fostering university–industry collaboration, and leading multidisciplinary teams. She also serves as the National Coordinator of AI Houses and is an active member of several national committees on innovation, intellectual property, and university entrepreneurship. With a background in agronomic sciences and geomatics, she has received multiple international recognitions for her contributions to artificial intelligence, innovation, and sustainable entrepreneurship.
