Biography:
Francesco Iarlori is an independent researcher, university lecturer, author, and technology executive with more than 30 years of international experience in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, organizational systems, and innovation. He currently serves as Senior Project Manager for Digital and AI Transformation at the Municipality of Milan. His research focuses on AI governance, organizational intelligence, knowledge systems, institutional memory, and the relationship between technological change, human judgement, and public value. He holds an Executive Master in Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector from Politecnico di Milano, a Master in Social Data Science, and a degree in Computer Science. He is also an international keynote speaker and conference contributor in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
