Biography:
Kağan Çelik is a graduate student in Electronic Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Currently his research areas are artificial intelligence and deep learning-based image processing. He has focused specifically on the use of large language models (LLMs) in medical image quality assessment (CT IQA), developing LLM-based numerical and explanatory evaluation systems. His academic interests include multimodal artificial intelligence models, explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), image noise estimation, and autonomous evaluation systems. He has led data analysis and IT projects at Turkish Airlines, gaining experience in software development and automation processes. He is proficient in technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, OpenCV. His work aims to contribute to clinical decision support systems by improving the interpretability of artificial intelligence in healthcare technologies
