Biography:
Dr. Loc Nguyen is the Founder and Director of Loc Nguyen's Academic Network, Vietnam, and a multidisciplinary researcher, professor, mathematician, computer scientist, and poet. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Education, a Doctorate in Statistical Medicine, and postdoctoral qualifications in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, Bayesian networks, recommender systems, data mining, mathematical modeling, statistical medicine, optimization, and educational technologies. Dr. Nguyen has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, books, and research projects, making significant contributions to AI, computational intelligence, healthcare analytics, and applied mathematics. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Adaptation and Personalization (ADP) Journal and has held editorial, reviewer, and leadership roles in several international scientific organizations. In addition to his scientific accomplishments, he is an accomplished poet with interests in philosophy, linguistics, and project management. His interdisciplinary work is dedicated to advancing innovation across science, technology, healthcare, and education.
