Biography:
Tantray Fayaz is a Consultant for Energy, Green Transition & Climate Change at NITI Aayog, New Delhi, with over 12 years of experience in GIS, energy modelling, hydrology, and climate policy. He is building India's Geospatial Energy Map, the India Climate Energy Dashboard, and a national-level MESSAGEix model and leads the State Energy Asset Platform under the ASSET program. He previously led low-carbon climate-resilient pathways for Goa and Kerala (World Bank) and the Gurugram Climate Action Plan. He holds an M.Sc. in Geoinformatics from the University of Kashmir.
