Biography:
Weizhong Li completed his PhD from the University of Liverpool in 2007 and then worked as a senior software engineer at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) in the UK until 2016. After that, Weizhong returned to China and joined the Sun Yat-sen University as a full professor at. His recent research interest focuses on using AI technology to enhance precision medicine., such as AI for genomics, proteomics and metabolomics.
