Biography:
Lilit Zakoyan holds a PhD in Comparative Linguistics. She is a lecturer and researcher at Riga Technical University. Her work covers language, psychology, and human-centred learning in AI-driven environments. She has published academic papers and textbooks, including English for Psychologists and the monograph Verbal and Non-Verbal Aggression in Russian and English Languages, and has participated in international research and educational projects. She has worked in various countries and higher education institutions and has also been involved in academic advising, lecturing, research, and science communication. Lilit Zakoyan is currently conducting research to find ways to use AI tools in education without sacrificing creativity, critical thinking, or ethical, human-centred approaches to learning.
